For example, on the bicep, put the pads on the inner and outer of the bicep. Make sure that the power source is directly on the top of the bicep. If you put the power source directly on the top of the muscle where it is the tallest when it contracts you will get a better contraction of the muscle. Also the muscles that have less fat on them will contract better than the ones those that have more fat around them. If they have more fat than others you may have turn the juice up more. Thank you.
