I had no chanse to try it, supplied with 5 V and it smoked within one second. I was very disappointed and tried to find out what was wrong. Then I found that the zener diodes at both FET gates were instaled in the opposite direction. This way the zener with the schottky was connected to the supply voltage in conducting direction and zener and schottky diodes were all burned. The FETs are still good, but have no marking at all, so I can't figure out what gate voltage can be allowed, which would be very important to find the appropriate voltage zener. I attache a foto with the burned zeners DZ1 and DZ2.
