I have no words to express my bad experience with ‘ DHL’ & consequently with ‘ BANGGOOD’ , since it is this company who has accepted DHL as their transport company. ! It is so many events occurred to me , that I do not know where to start from !! I will start with a brief overview of my experience. Bring in mind that It is the first time I put an order to BANGGOOD !! 1. I placed the order since 7-3-2016 and there was no sign of ''backorders''. 2. 10 days after this, I received a notice telling me that they are on backorder(It is not difficult to correlate the ''order sequence'' & the ''stock'' )!! 3. I complained to them, and the only thing they were interested in, it was whether I will go on my order or I will cancel it. 4. I did not know that the ‘’expedited post ‘’ meant to be ‘DHL’, and it seamed to be the only way. !! I was not asked. 5. When I mentioned to them that I would not prefer DHL because they are expensive ... !! their answer was …<< ..I am sorry !...>> And , now, let’s come to ‘DHL’. 6. They sent me a message telling me that my parcel has arrived and within a couple of days I would have it at my home. 7. From this moment until I receive my packet, a week –or so!- elapsed .! 8. Within that time a lot of messages & mails were exchanged in order- me- to be informed that I had to pay several things. 9. Finally they (DHL) charged me 116 € on an initial cost of the transmitter of 234€ , (including shipping & insurance). Therefore, beware of what transporting company you are selecting OR they impose you !! THANK YOU STAVROS KALOGEROPOULOS

Airguitarist Never use the BRAND name delivery services, they always collect the taxes.Had a £15 order from hobbyking cost an extra £12 because BRAND name delivery was only option!
