The kit arrived in excellent condition. The wings rudder and stabilizer are made from 1/32 balsa sheet that needs to be handled carefully. The rest of the balsa parts are laser cut from 1/32 sheet. There are two plywood sheets with cut parts. I highly recommend you download the assembly pictures and study them carefully. Work patiently and everything should assemble ok. The kit includes carbon push rods to connect the control surfaces. The motor and servo/receiver is extra. I plan on using PKZ micro electronics to complete the plane. If you want to fly this little plane, you will have to modify the micro servoplugs (1,25 mm JST to 1 mm JST plugs) to accommodate the recommended receiver. The brushless motor version (shown on the picture) is expensive and not really recommended, as the risk of breaking one of the small cables when fixing the motor to the wooden bracket is very high. Instead the coreless motor (one motor only) with gearbox and prop reccommended by Banggood is totally sufficient to fly this small plane. However, please keep in mind that the range of the reccomended micro receiver is limited to only 200 meters. If you use the Flysky FS i6 version, you will have to change the AFHDS 2A setting of your FS i6 to standard mode to get the receiver working. My first "Flea" flew quite well, but unfortunately due to an unsuspected gusty wind it was vey soon getting out of the RC-range. It was no longer controllable and dissapeared forever. I´m currently buildig the second one.

The micro servos will have to get their 1,25 mm plugs changed into micro versions with 1 mm spacing of the contacts. I had to order several parts from Hobbyking to do this and to equip the plane with a brushless motor. Until now I was not able to get the mini receiver bound to my Flysky transmitter. Even after purchasing a second one this was not possible. The recommended part list should definitely be corrected.

La construction de ce petit aéronef est un véritable plaisir : bien que les instructions soient en chinois, avec les photos et un peu de patience on arrive parfaitement à terminer l'avion qui est fort bien fini. Le problème vient des servos de 1,7 gr préconisés par Banggood mais que l'on ne peut plus commander depuis de nombreuses semaines : c'est bien dommage car cet avion ne pourra donc JAMAIS voler ! Si vous avez un tuyau pour trouver ce même type de servos, je suis preneur, bien sur. Si par contre, Banggood, ne peut les fournir, il serait tout à fait normal de supprimer cet article du catalogue Banggood. Merci à Banggood de votre réponse
