mine came with no battery. so I filled out the complaint form and heard nothing back. That was 2 weeks ago. so I just bought a new battery for it.. other than that these are good for goggles pictures clear. Dvr records at 30frames a second so playback is a bit comical. you can slow it down in a video editor sweet.. you can use a power Pack via the USB connector to power goggles. .range is not that bad. I haven't tested fully yet but I've been a few hundred meters and all seemed fine. There is no rssi so you don't get feed back on the antenna strength . but thay are better than my old bin lid Goggles. face sponge not too comfortable so I've bought an upgraded one recommended of you tube.. All in all I'm happy with this product. .
