very very very cool I ran into the fact that the recorded video was black white, you have to change the input format to PAL_B and the video is colour :) thx banggood!!!!

Waited little for it to arrive. Installed very easy. Connected to my VCR easy and started to converting my tapes to digital form. All worked well and I'm very happy with it.

The device is kinda faulty, framerate is even lower than the other capture device I bought on here previously (which displays a smooth 25FPS PAL image). There's also a small amount of lag between the output of the device and the input on the pc. Unusable for my intended purposes, which is to stream games consoles on my PC so my boyfriend can watch through Discord (the lag is too much).

I haven't had the opportunity to actually test the product yet, but I did install the driver and software on both my laptop and PC without any problems. Software looks serious, device is immediately recognized by the PC after the driver has been installed, and the quality of materials seems to be high. The manual is also fairly comprehensive. Once again - I haven't fully tested the device yet, but everything seems to be of good quality and in working order.

If only criticism - occasionally the app would hang (Windows 7). Just had to rewind tape and restart from the point it stopped and then manually cut/.splice using digital video software
