I received this item 15 days after ordering, which I think is a very reasonable delay. The movement, though not exactly as pictured ('Sancin' is the brand stamped on my unit) is very clean, all in gold colour metal with light-brown plastic gears. As stated, it came with a winding 'T' key and 3 screws for installation inside an external box. I have some doubts about the music being really 'Lilium', as it's so different from the ones I found on the Net. It's a nice melody anyway. The drum and comb are finely tuned, no 'missed' notes here. Playing time with full wind-up is about 3 min 20 sec. For the price, I think this is is a very good buy. If only it was 'Lilium'...
