It is a shame that the lamp was headlined as 30 watts, which is why I bought it. It confirms on the box that it is 5 watts! It is more versatile than described as it has a 5 watt main beam that has a dim setting, the ring around the outside lights up at probably 5 watts for more of a flood light and then there is a flashing red/blue light. You need to buy 2 18650 cells to power it but they can be charged by connecting it to a micro USB port. There is a 4 stage led that show the battery state and charging. It can also power a usb device like a phone. Overall, it is a good handy lamp but not 30 watts.

Nice little light, would be better if the Warning LEDs are amber or only red instead of red/blue(im not the police). It can powered by 1 to 2 18650 cells but you can remove the Cover and use up to 4 18650 Batterys. The charge state indicator is not very good! expected a little better build Quality!

You will NOT believe what an AMAZING piece of kit this is. VERY BRIGHT, LONG LASTING, on 2 18650 cells. it flashes also as a police car. with the secondary light source. This is almost a top 10 quality buy for me.
