Shipment arrived in 17 days, in perfect condition. The converter works well, as much as I have tried (not to full advertised power). Battery low voltage protection works, it was set to about 11.9 V (can be adjusted). Output voltage regulation is fairly good across wide rage of input voltages. Output voltage was set in the factory to 60 V (not to 19V as advertised), and is adjustable. But I could not limit the output current, somehow the adjustment had no effect (which is fine for my purpose, don't need this functionality).
