I've tried the device on several computers, all computers tried report USB device not recognized. I found some drivers as non were sent, it makes no difference all the computers the unit was tested on report the same thing Device Not Recognized. The unit does not work.

These triggers work as advertised. Unplugged the RJ12 cable from the Epson receipt printer and plugged into the trigger. The drawers open with any character sent to the trigger COM port. The trigger is seen in Windows as a Prolific USB to Serial device.
