Waste of money. I have 2 fans, both operate correctly on a single PWM motherboard connection. But when connected to this gadget, they turn at constant speed. This thing just doesn't work, unless you want your fans running noisily all the time.

GregF Youhave to use the red connector in order to have rpm readout.
Or maybe the fan controller software is too dumb to work properly... This was the case for me. Since then I use the bios utility to control the fans.
