The measurements in the description are close enough, but the photos are taken from Adafruit's 16 neopixel ring, which has the LEDs located much closer together. They are spaced out much more than the product picture shows. I'm attaching a photo which shows the difference between this (right) and the neopixel ring (left). The solder pad for ground came off when I tried to use it. I ended up probing for the ground on one of the LEDs and attaching to that...
