I really like this immersion circulator. It heats the water really quickly. It has never taken more than 15 minutes to reach temperature, even when I have been using 3 gallons of water. It is very quiet. The temperature seems really accurate and stable as well. The largest variance I have seen is .2 degrees F. It also circulates the water very well. You can see ripples across the entire surface of the water, but it is also not so strong a current that it will crack eggs. I also like that you can circulate water without heating it. So after I have finished cooking something, I can put the circulator on an ice bath, add the food, and cool the food down very quickly. The one thing I don't like is the clamp. It is very high on the device so you need a very tall vessel. I can attach it to a pot that is 6.5 inches tall, but just barely, and it is not very stable. I think it needs at least an 8 inch tall vessel, but 10 or 12 inches is so much better.

I am really liking it. Looks good, the material is good, clear display and easy to use! Warms the water quickly too.

I was ordered 220 volts and seller sent for 110 volts. I put two stars for this. have not checked yet. need a 110 volt adapter. came quickly enough.
