Fantastic! I EDC this flashlight. I thought the batteries were defective. they shipped in the flashlight but would not turn on with them. It worked fine with a different 18650 I had on hand. When I put the battery in my charger it would not charge. So while I was looking for the customer service information I found the notice to remove the clear plastic cover! That was the issue, the was a clear insulator sticker on the battery end. All is good now. I really like this flashlight. It is very solid, and very bright. No annoying blink after turning the light on.
