This was the worst packaging job I have ever seen. The box is made of flimsy paper, not shipping cardboard, and the two layers of thin poly-styrene did very little to protect the router in shipment. It had been dropped or thrown more than once, one of which was on the shaft end, which may have damaged the shaft of bearings, and did certainly break the base. The unprotected box for the router bit was crushed and the bit itself was loose in the box. I have been waiting for this to finish a project, but it is unusable, and since I will have to take it to Bangkok to send it back to you, it will cost me about the same as the router cost in the first place just in travel cost. I am pretty disgusted!
