Took 45 days to ship, and the board was simply wrapped with bubble wrap. Overall the sound is good, but I was expecting cleaner sound and deeper bass ( base on good reviews for TPA3116, it should be comparable to Tripath chips ), there is a noticeable hiss noise if the volume pot is not at minimum or maximum, unplug inputs from the board will get the loudest noise so it's not from the source, and I use lead-acid battery to power it so it's not the power supply either. Unless there is a solution for this otherwise this cannot be used in HiFi applications.

I used one of these amplifiers to make a suitcase sound system. I used a pre amp to get a bit more volume and tone control but otherwise very happy.

One of the best amps I have tried so far. If You give it a good PSU, You will get enough power.

PCB is good, soldiering is non-China level (it mean -> very good :P). I can hear a high freq noise, but only if I plug in my supply (notebook 20V power supply). I need to try with batteries too. I think than it sounds better on 8om than 4, but I have totally diffrent speakers (4om are two-way with bassreflex, 8om are three-way with bassreflex). I'm using a 10k pot on input and it's ok, less volume = less noise :). The best way to get good sound is trying and changing, so don't give up! :D

Just perfect for shelf audio system or use t for your computer. supply it with 5 amp power supply and it is good to go
