A fantastic flashlight. I am not sure that it is 4000 lumen but it is very bright. It has a nice switch action, press fully to turn on and off. A gentle press steps through the different modes. It makes it very easy to turn on and off without cycling through all the options every time. I haven't run the included battery flat once yet so it would apear to be the stated capacity. Two small negatives. 1) the included case does not fit very snug it appears to be or a longer flashlight and 2) the included charger is very low output and will take an age to charge the included cell from flat. After charging 12+ hours i resorted to using one of my RC plane changers (also a Banggood purchase).
