    Key expert and Ford dealer say the key doesn't have the chip that can be programmed to start the car. A chip must be bought and fixed in the key before it can be programmed. As it is it doesn't work. Same with the remote part. Its not working. Do you have a better solution to my problem?

    The key they sent me was not a 80 bit key and it would not work. The picture they show is not right. The one they sold me did not have SA engraved on the blade of the key. WHAT A SCAM

    Key could not be programmed to start 2008 Mercury Milan. Dealer said it is the wrong key even though the 2008 Milan is listed as one of the cars for which the key should work. Looks nice but doesn't work. How do I get a refund?
