Well, to start I Ordered THREE PET FOUNTAINS, that wasn't what I received, not even close. Instead I received THREE BOXES of THREE PET FOUNTAIN FILTERS. A lot of good they will do if you have no pet fountains, somebody wasn't doing their job and reading the actual product on the purchase report.
