Le montage de la graveuse prends environ 2h en utilisant la vidéo et la documentation de montage fournis ( voir images ) il est à noter qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance 2 attaches dans l'une des barres courtes et 4 dans l'autre pour ne pas avoir à démonter par la suite le cadre pour les passer. une fois monté, la carte et le laser de 2.5W livré sont de type elekmaker Mana SE. Attention : les firmwares et logiciels indiqués sur la page ne semblent pas compatible avec l'actuelle carte. dès allumage de la carte le laser est à pleine puissance et même si le focus n'est pas fait, il va bruler la surface et ne s'éteins jamais avec le logiciel donc ce qui rends le graveur inexploitable. il faut utiliser l'application et le firmware fournis par elekmaker qui se trouve sur le net ( traite les images et le GRBL ) et ça fonctionne tout de suite nettement mieux ( j'en suis encore au stade du reglage ) Attention aussi au dégagement de fumées, le laser étant très puissant, ça fume beaucoup. pour le reste l'outils semble vraiment de bonne facture, et c'est très plaisant.

Unless you walk on water, expect some frustration in both hardware and software – set your expectations accordingly. My kit has some changes from one in the video, but nothing that a technical guy can't figure out. Focusing the laser is an issue. Overall it is helpful if you already know Arduino, G-Code and a bit of Mandarin. ;) Most important advise - Please do not blind yourself or others. Kit came as advertised. All instructions online. I burned one of the X axes controller however, I had several left over from a previous project. I recommend on the Y Axis to use nylon spacers and Nylon lock nuts for mounting the rollers, as my rollers were being dragged in the y axis only. The X axis has spacers on both sides of the roller and was very smooth from the beginning. I used 4 nylon washers instead of a spacer. This made a big difference. Love this machine, software upgrades would be nice but that's not Bangoods problem. This is a well made machine.

Received my laser yesterday, very pleased with the shipping and the quality of the parts. Very well machined, professional looking. The instructions is another issue! There are none. Please prepare an English instruction sheet, specifically for loading the Benbox software. I cannot get it to load. The laser machine looks great, now just need to get it working. Thanks.

Pros: nicely packaged, quite easy to assemble. Works :) Cons: no documentation. Accompanying software too old or cumbersome, and windows only (I use Linux...). I had to adjust the power of the stepper drivers from 450mV to 670mV otherwise the motors did not have enough power to move the gantry. To be noted, in the recent version that I got (January 2017), several changes have been made compared to the photos and descriptions on the product page: -smaller acrylics parts with different shapes -black V-Wheels -metal threaded spacers -auto-locking M5 nuts -blue anodized aluminum heatsink -only one button on the shield (for power) -laser test button has been moved to a small expension board on top of the laser fan I have a problem with the acrylic parts on the gantry holding the X motor and laser: the holes do not line up perfectly, so there is too much friction between the v-wheels and the rail. I would like to have replacement parts, or the possibility to adjust using excentric nuts, but these are not provided... ========== Pour: kit très bien emballé, relativement facile à assembler. Fonctionne :) Contre: documentation minimaliste. Les logiciels fournis sont très dépassés et ne sont prévus que pour Windows (j'utilise Linux).
