I was amazed how incredibly small and powerful this unit is. It outshines my other 850nm round arrays plus these are not visible with the naked eye as the 850 nm which is a big bonus. Given its small size it's perfect for mounting it as an IR illuminator for my DIY night vision.thermal drone project.

Great leds, tested in closet and worked great! Leds do get warm but will only be running outside at night and in a aluminum case which is good for heat release.
