Soldering gun holder has lots of rust under the black paint - easily visible where paint blisters have chipped off. Rubber pads are all missing on bottom of the temp setting unit - indents in the base are there just nothing in them. Soldering gun holder quite different that in the picture online - no slot on the top of the holder - just a hole in the metal stand to stick you soldering gun into. Seems to hold a fairly constant temp, will check again after a week of use. All in all good unit for the price.

I am very disappointed Banggood. Buy this soldering station in June last year. Recently merged something inside and when I took it for repair technician told me that was not original Hakko, instead I received a clone "HAKIO" instead of "HAKKO". This is disappointing.

much better than the crap butane one I had before or the cheap 120v one that didn'thave a base. all the tips are the same but at least there's 10 tips

Good unit for home use, not industrial or service shop. Soldering tips sent with unit very limited assortment ie 1 point (T-I) and 10 angled chisel (T-K). Chinese only instruction sheet not at all helpful.

Works awesome comes with plenty of spare tips to last me a good amount of time. Heats up fast and makes jobs quick jobs a breeze. I have had more expensive solder stations but if I ever need another one I will buy one of these again.

This is my first soldering station as I have always used just a pencil stick unit. I am very impressed with how fast the unit warms up and I am looking forward to doing some soldering to see how it performs. For the money I think this is a great value for your dollar.
